Kayf  Aramis' sire is the twice Ascot Gold Cup Winner, Kayf Tara.

Their grandsire is the legendary Sadler's Wells.

After notable successes on the flat ,

Kayf Aramis has also demonstrated his undeniable prowess over hurdles.

At the 2009 Cheltenham Festival

Kayf Aramis won the Pertemps Handicap Hurdle Final in great style.

Also in 2009, Kayf Aramis made a triumphant return to flat-racing at York,

Winning TheRipleyCollection.com Stakes by a resounding 13 lengths.

This was his 3rd win out 4 for this particular event.

Kayf Aramis was also 2nd in the Grade 2 Rendlesham Hurdle at Haydock in 2010

and the same year 2nd in the Grade 2 John Smith's Hurdle at Wetherby.

Kayf Tara

Twice Ascot Gold Cup Winner

Kayf Tara (the sire of Kayf Aramis and Kaylif Aramis) was foaled on 18th March 1994,

and is the son of the champion sire, Sadlers Wells, out of the Irish Oaks winner, Colorspin.

His full brother, the top class racehorse, Opera House, is one of the leading sires in Japan

and was responsible for the Champion three-year-old T M Opera O.

Owned by Godolphin and trained by Saeed bin Suroor,

Kayf Tara was a champion on the racetrack

with earnings of 644,235.
