At the 2009 Cheltenham Festival Kayf Aramis won the Pertemps Handicap Hurdle Final in great style. Also in 2009, Kayf Aramis made a triumphant return to flat-racing at York, Winning TheRipleyCollection.com Stakes by a resounding 13 lengths. This was his 3rd win out 4 for this particular event. Kayf Aramis was also 2nd in the Grade 2 Rendlesham Hurdle at Haydock in 2010 and the same year 2nd in the Grade 2 John Smith's Hurdle at Wetherby.

His full brother, the top class racehorse, Opera House, is one of the leading sires in Japan and was responsible for the Champion three-year-old T M Opera O. Owned by Godolphin and trained by Saeed bin Suroor, Kayf Tara was a champion on the racetrack with earnings of 644,235.
